Please. The officer involved also had prior complaints against him, yet that didn't make his actions suspect. That's what would be defined as hypocritical -- claiming since Garner had a rap sheet you suspect him; but even though the officer had his own record, you didn't bother questioning his actions.

Please. The officer involved also had prior complaints against him, yet that didn't make his actions suspect. Except in this case, the shop owners called to have Garner removed from in front of their establishments because he was hindering business by intimidating customers from entering their stores. Eyes are on Garner in this case. He would still be alive if he had not resisted arrest.
