Re: The Virtue of Wisdom

I do not win all my battles because
God has made me Wise and Holy.

I do not win all my battles because
God has made all my enemies unwise and evil.

I do not win all my battles because
God loves me and hates my enemies.

I win all my battles because the
Spirit of the Lord fights them all for me.

I have no Glory.

All the Glory belongs to my Lord.

I belong to my Lord.

I have no victories.

All the victories belong to my Lord.

I rejoice in my Lord in all his victories.

Re: The Virtue of Wisdom

Have you ever tried to correct someone
who does not know
they do not know?

Have you ever tried to correct someone
who thought they knew
but what they knew
was incorrect?

I surely know to some degree what Jesus

was up against day after day.

Re: The Virtue of Wisdom

One day the Lord said to me

do you see all those people busy everyday all day long.

Going here and going there .

And doing this and doing that.

I said yes Lord I do.

He then said to me

All that that they do

they do on their own.

I did not tell them to do any of it.

If the Lord allowed anyone to get close to me enough to give me their opinions from time to time when they could ease it in without seeming to be minding my business

they would say to me

You know I never ever see you do much of anything.

I say to them with a great big smile

If the Lord did not tell me to do it.

I am not going to be doing it.

So whatever you see me doing

You know the Lord told me to be doing it.

If you want to always be in the right place at the right time doing the right thing.

Be where the Lord put you
doing what the Lord put you to doing
exactly as the Lord
instructed you to be doing.

There sure are a whole lot of folks on the Lord's earth doing something other than he told them to do or doing something other than he did not tell them to do.

Re: The Virtue of Wisdom

God created Good.

The creation of Good created evil.

Just like the creation of the sun created the heat that comes from it.

If God had created evil first it would have created Good just as God created Good first and it created evil.

Now I know you will say God is Good and he was always Good and he was not created.

To which I say

God exceeds Good.

God is not defined or conformed by anything outside his own self.

If it was written

it was spoken before it was written.

Not everything spoken has been written.

Everything written has been spoken.

And there is yet that that will be spoken.

Is all that shall ever be written

already written?

HOLY MAN OF GOD: Why do you not believe in God?
ATHEIST: Because there is no God.

HOLY MAN OF GOD: My God can do anything.
ATHEIST: Can your God make a mountain that he cannot move?

HOLY MAN OF GOD: My God can do anything.
ATHEIST: How can he move the mountain he made that he cannot move?

HOLY MAN OF GOD: He makes it disappear.

Re: The Virtue of Wisdom

Guys I have seen this Bert fellow before on many other forums before and he is not playing, he really believes what he is saying, and he has not even opened up with the most eye popping claims yet..... if you pay real close attention you will notice that he has split personalities, in fact , since I saw him last ,the poet personality/spirit has been added, and he is need of help and prayers, so whatever you do don't feed the spirits/personalites.

Compare your words to the words I have posted.

Do you see the difference?

Like night and day.

Re: The Virtue of Wisdom

You can always see the difference between the Lord and all else.

Even a blind man knew when Jesus was walking by.
