Oh sure don't you know that a fruit of the spirit is RUDENESS? Yeah..I see it all the time..wow, didn't know it was okay to do that, but I still would rather not partake of THAT either..GOD is watching, they seem to forget., oh well, HE will surely deal with everyone at the appropriate time., try to have a nice weekend.

When political correctness hits the church ... and we can no longer have good-natured fun ... or utilize parody ... or laugh at ourselves ....
We've lost our joy .... FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT.
I'm sorry if Rico is offended ... it was not intended to hurt. I respect his choice in regards to his personal convictions ... and have stated so in this thread.
However, to utilize this thread to take a spiritual higher ground or make threats to me and my family .... will not be tolerated by my part.

I think Rico's just getting into his holiday spirit. I'm sure he meant something like, "Dan's getting a lump of coal in his stocking..."
When everyone around you seems intent upon being "cheerful" despite having every reason to be angry, well that just gets on your nerves. All of the holiday bells and jingle - bah!

When i was young we did NOTHING.....No dinner...no nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! And we had a convention during the Holidays. They served chili beans on Xmas day.
