Know what I love?!
I love those who remember with grateful hearts the folk who brought them over...
I love those who show respect for the heritage and Word that was deposited into their spirits...
I love those who are not ashamed to take a moment and express their love and appreciation for the good and the bad, understanding that it's all for our making...
And, I love those who are called by the Name of the Lord, regardless of organizational affiliation.
I just love the people of God!!
Have a great day y'all...

Rhoni
My oldest online friend...not oldest in age, but oldest as in first.
When we met back at the old farm, we soon found that we had connections through families, and in it we formed a bond that misunderstanding and issues cannot dissolve.
Thank you for your generosity and friendship...

Dearest Barb,
My, you are being sentimental today, but I am right there with you. You know...it was easy to love you. You are the most generous and caring person.
Any misunderstandings we might have had is when we were triangulated into other's issues and not our own. I try to compartmentalize my relationships with others. My feelings for you are not dependent on whether or not you agree with me, or whether or not we agree about friends and family...it is about our relationship.
You have always been honest and I can tell you anything knowing you will keep my confidence, and I hope you feel the same. You know I am not perfect, but love me anyway.
I am glad we connected, and I keep the things which are dear to my heart...close. The things I see from another perspective than you...I flush. It doesn't matter in the overall scheme of things.
You are appreciated, loved, and respected by me.
Your friend, Rhoni

The only qualification that I have to appear on this list is my deep admiration for Barb. May God return to you, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, the blessing that you are to others.

Thank you, Rhonda...I have been in this sentimental mood all week.
Guess I'm just feeling grateful for those here who have impacted my life in some way.
For those I may not have mentioned by name, I am one who writes as things come to me, so if you have not dropped in my inner beings, it is not a sign that you have not blessed me.
I thought this morning that I should just go down the member list, but then thought that might not be such a good idea.
If I neglect to ever call you by name, please remember that I pray for all of the Saints and friends on this board and love you all.

Just doing bit of a Scripture search and found this one which I think ties in with some of the remarks made in this thread.
Sam. 18:1:
As soon as he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul.

I just saw this for the first time! I'm glad that you understand our twisted attempt at humor!
Thanks for your kind words, Barb!

Now, Pianoguy...did I say "twisted attempt?!"
Seriously, the Scripture says that a merry heart (laughter, joy, happiness) is like medicine. Laughter can bring relief and healing...it brings about a release in the spirit of a person.
So keep on keeping on in the ministry to which God has called you...

I was just thinking about this post to Pianoman, and the word peace dropped in my spirit.
There is a peace that we experience as believers, part and parcel with being Sanctified...it is termed in Scripture 'the Fruit of the Spirit'. If we are Spirit filled, it should be resident in our earthen vessel...amen?!
But how often have we been trumped by the enemy, duped into allowing circumstance and issues to rob us of our peace?!
This night I pray that God's chosen ones walk in the peace that passes ALL understanding...
Whatever situation or thought or desire or issue or sickness or peril or sword is drawing us away from the peace of God, may we rest in Him this night...
May we find rest in His will and contentment in knowing He sees where we are...
When we take our rest tonight, may we sleep well in the peace of the Almighty, rising to walk in the newness of life...
This is my prayer for you, in Jesus Name...Amen!!
