A city that is burning is a pretty insane reaction to a death. File a lawsuit and stop acting like a criminal. It helps NOTHING. You are sounding like the Baltimore Mayor - "I wanted to give space to those who wished to destroy." Then she tries to walk it back by lying. Lying is the new normal.

We do know he was taken into custody without incident. Per the officer and per pictures and videos of the arrest. So what warrants what happened to him? You are ok with a gang style beat down of a handcuffed man? You are dodging the question and ignoring what little facts we know. If he did do something to justify the beating it would have come out by now. They are quick to release facts that help them.

I also heard, didn't verify, that the Nation of Islam was one of the groups responsible for getting the riots together. Putting that out to see if someone else saw that.

Answer the question stop dodging it. What could he have done to warrant the beat down? I am not asking you for what happened. If I resist arrest I would expect to get tazed, pepper sprayed, and or roughed up enough to restrain me. I would not expect to get beat to death. The fact that you think there is something he "COULD'VE" done to warrant that is part of the problem as well. We arent talking about a man with a gun here. We are talking about a man already in cuffs. You want to stick up for cops so bad that you let your love affair cloud the issue. If the facts come out and disprove my line of thinking, I'll have no issue saying I was wrong.

Not to compare a bunch of teenage thugs to the founding fathers, but let's not pretend that at least violence, vandalism, and MAYBE theft wasn't actually a very important part of the revolution that founded this country.... so I'd say it has it's place in the worlds way of "doing things"...........

Boston Tea Party resulted in what would be todays money 1 million dollars. I am glad they just didnt suck it up and sue them.

Let's see, an army was entrenched to take their country away. Not the same as an established country having an issue where multiple lawsuits could be filed and fought in a court of law. Our Founding Fathers had no such luxury.
