Its a bad question. What do you mean by is it sufficient? Of course its sufficient to do what its meant for which is to cleanse from sin. It certainly is not promoted as making the full new creation by itself.

Re: Oneness Pentecostals and The Blood Of The Lamb

8And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. 1 John 5:8

The blood is one of three things appropriated by faith to make a new creation.

Re: Oneness Pentecostals and The Blood Of The Lamb

Also if one keeps on sinning the blood of Christ does not save them.

26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,27But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.28He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye , shall he be thought worthy , who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified , an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?30For we know him that hath said , Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense , saith the Lord. Heb. 10:26-30

So if one keeps sinning God says they have counted the blood of Christ as unholy. It will not save them but rather will stand against them in judgment.

I think it's a great question. Actually, it not only cleanses from, it also redeems.

1Pe 1:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

I'm assuming we're in agreement that only the blood of the Lamb redeems and is sufficient in and of itself? In other words, when the blood is applied/imputed unto a person, that person is instantly redeemed. Nothing else is required for redemption.

The blood cleans and saves. I believe in his blood but I also believe you have to speak in tongues o make Heaven. You asked about tongues earlier. When the Holy Ghost fell they spoke in tongues as the spirit gave utterance.

As I pointed out in an earlier post, the blood also redeems. If I'm not misreading your posts, you don't believe that the applied/imputed blood alone redeems but also needs other elements such as tongues. In other words, without tongues, the applied/imputed blood of the Lamb of God alone isn't sufficient and is in fact worthless in redeeming man.

1Pe 1:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

The no was the question about tongues. I do believe what Jesus done at Calvary was enough but without the evidence of tongues you are not saveed and will not make heaven.

No you don't believe what Jesus did was enough.

Because you are adding tongues.

(And probably a whole bunch of other "man made salvation conditions")

Re: Oneness Pentecostals and The Blood Of The Lamb

So what you are saying is that Acts 2:38. Then Peter said until them repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. " How did the people know they had it. They spoke in other tongues.. so if that is wrong I queasy I'm wrong. But I have spoke in tongues and know a lot of others who have.

How about throwing oneself on the mercy and blood of the lamb and let Christ do the judging of who is saved or not saved.
