Wassup Sir!

By the way, I am not confirming or denying that I am voting for Romney. I will say that if I did vote for Romney, it would not be because I think so highly of Romney-- because I honestly don't.

Obama did hit Romney on the things he has been for and
against - assault weapons and coal.

Romney called Obama on his pension investments - they both have. lol

Romney did not answer the first question about jobs the young college boy asked.

Obama talked about oil companies not drilling and taking away permits. Same thing Palin faced in Alaska.

Obama dodged, big time, the Federal land drilling.

Romney said he was licking his wounds from being beaten by McCain. LOL! His handlers are going to tell him that was a stupid thing to say. He didn't have to interject that into the conversation.

Romney was wrong about Obama not mentioning "terror". His exact wording in the Rose Garden - "No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation,"

Gary Johnson tweets - "Apparently #Obama & #Romney aren't aware: the Second Amendment doesn't have an exception for automatic weapons." lol

On China - Romney wants tariffs. I remember Huntsman, former ambassador to China, saying in one of the primary debates that tough talk and new tariffs aren't the answer as it would cause a huge trade war.

At the end, Romney said, "Some campaign's are focused on attacking people." Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum just jumped out of their chairs.

My ending analysis tonight:

Romney was rude and mean, Obama wins. That means Mitt wins next week and that is the likely indication that Soros and his bankster buddies have picked Romney to be POTUS. Yippee! LOL!
Oh, good grief!!!!

I don't really know how this can be misinterpreted - "no act of terror" and "four more Americans', seems to imply he is speaking about terror and how it began - 9-11.. It was Obama's words, which he can confirm, and we can also confirm by reading exactly what he said.

However, to Obama's credit, he defended himself against Romney's attacks on his economic record and the Libya debacle in the best way he could, turning what should have been huge point scoring opportunities for Romney into a big scores for the President.

I didn't watch the first debate, very glad I watched this debate, and will do what I can to watch the final debate.

Tonight's debate has sealed the deal regarding which Presidential candidate I am voting for.
Romney is a realist, and knows that the media have completely demonized W, so he simply uses the "...this is a different time, that requires different direction..." Deflects Demos, using "...he is like GWB..." without being directly critical of W.
Very smart fellow.

Re: 2nd Presidential Debate Tonight 9 EST!!!!!!!

The debate pretty much went as I expected. I had said that I felt Obama would do much better in the second debate. Not only because it would be hard to do worse than he did in the first but because he is a very competitive person and after that first one he knew he got creamed.

I also thought Candy would be the typical left wing moderator who would try to give Obama the edge and she did. She did it through cutting off Romney more and allowing the President to have about 4 minutes more speaking time. She also did that by interjecting herself into the Romney accusation backing the President and then lamely trying to appear impartial by making a badly worded comment about it taking about two weeks for the notion that the attack was caused by a public riot over the anti Islam video. She garbled it so badly you only know what she was alluding to if you listened closely.

I thought Romney should have hit back hard when Obama made his angry / bold statement that no one in his administration would mislead bout Libya. It is quite clear that they did mislead for almost two weeks and Romney should have laid out the timeline where Ambassador Rice and other admin officials kept the video storyline when 24 hours after the incident intelligence and therefore the White House knew it was a planned terrorist attack.

Overall I thought Romney did well. As well as Obama or better but Obama will probably win public opinion polls by default since he was so much better than the first debate so he will benefit from lower expectations.

She should not have interjected herself into the debate on Obama's side, she is not running.

I actually thought both candidates did a good job tonight. They were evenly matched, IMO. Romney was more pushy than in the first debate, but I thought he needed to be--he wasn't strong enough in the first debate.

The one point in the debate that I felt was solidly in Obama's favor is when he accepted responsibility for what happened in Libya. That was the most graceful way to handle that question, and really the only smart answer. He still evaded the question, though, which was to ask who refused the extra security request and why.

Candy Crowley, on the other hand, was incorrect about Obama's statement in the Rose Garden and even if she had been correct, she should have stayed out of the argument. Except for that moment about the Rose Garden, I thought she did a good job remaining neutral--and enforcing the time limits.

Obama is going to have a tough time in next week's debate. Liberals are obviously going to like him, conservatives are going to like Romney, but most importantly: IMO, undecided voters are going to lean toward Romney.

No, you just go to such lengths to demonize Mitt, when he is the most experienced and presidential choice that the GOP has had since Reagan.
