Negative. I never did state that there was such a "Group".
I said, of those that baptize speaking the name of Jesus over the candidate, and accept the gifts of the Spirit as still operational in the church, likely 90% (or vast majority) do not exclude Christians of other persuasion from the Body of Christ.

Re: Church of Champions and Christian Tabernacle
To qualify as a full-fledged Pentecostal, Hoovie ... here is the million dollar question ...
Do you believe tongues to be the only, universal initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost?
Bonus question: Your thoughts of dancing in the Spirit and running the aisles in church?
If not, you're a Charismatic like the bulk of us except for the austere, drab Mennonite garb.

I know your answer to this question ... we've posted with you for almost 4 years now .... Sherri is probably more of a Pentecostal than you and I ....
That's what separates us from Howard Goss too.
Why you insist on being called a Pentecostal ... because you empathize with the Pentecostal experience and branched out of its movement is beyond me ...
Your Christological theology is Oneness ... but you're no more Pentecostal than Jerry Falwell.
Stevie ... You're an Apostolic Oneness Charismatic, at most.

You are the one imposing narrow definitions here. I openly embrace the spirit of the UPC merger. And yes, I have "run the aisles" and spoken in tongues.

Officially a non-answer ... so have I.
Steve .... YOU'RE NOT A PENTECOSTAL ....
By even the Trinnie AOG's definition. Or even by Parham's and Seymour's definition. That's not narrow.

I'll cease and desist in the name of being open-minded, tolerant and oblivious to definitions .... I'm a Catholic Anglican and you're a Pennycostal. I hate labels on boxes.

I gather this preacher was no longer affiliated with the UPCI when this happened. What did / does this church believe?

Tommy Tenney verified it in his book God Chasers.

Now that I am on a desktop, I see you put this in really big font LOL! Like that makes it true or something...
What makes you the Pentecostal Litmus Test administrator anyway? The AOG states the Holy Spirit only comes with tongues? Whatever.
The most definitive and well documented record of Oneness Pentecostals was done by Talmage French.
By his criteria for inclusion Sherri and I both qualify as Oneness Pentecostal (regardless of label).
You?
