Yeah if we have enough that we are able to can what we want and still do some sun dried tomatoes then that will be great. I will have to look that up.

I would like to put up 80-100 quarts. Hopefully.

And then some pints of "Rotel" type tomatoes.

I'm going to can mine also - nothing like fresh stew in the winter with put up tomatoes.

Rotel type....hmmm, interesting - love that also, need to see how to do that

I haven't tried it yet so I can't stand behind it just yet but I plan on trying this one.

Just thought I would share.I live in the city so there is not space for a garden but I do have an herb garden.In the summer we go to the farming areas
and pick out own veggies.They have alot of farms in South Alabama which are maybe a thirty minute drive.I love it when Silver Queen Corn comes in.

Just got 2 more Japanese Eggplant about a foot or so long.

The Black Beauty Eggplants are coming along too.
