LOL, Yeah I'm with you on the Bush bit.
I also listen to savage sometimes, but like Rush and Mark levin better.
Politically, and socially I am deffinatly right wing.
Give me a MUCH smaller government, more personal freedom, the rights to bear arms for all law abiding citizens who want them, and the right to do what I wish with my property (within reason) and a fair tax, and I would be MUCH happier with our government.
Those days are gone. We've got a much bigger debt than any liberal has ever gotten us into....sigh

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
Every sinner must repent of their sins.
That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
I have to admit that I voted for Bush as a vote against first Gore, and again against Kerry. I have been disappointed with Bush on so many levels but if either of the two votes were held again, it would still be Bush over those two idiots.
Agreed.
It's sad that most of our votes are actually a vote against someone and not a vote for someone. We think we have to chose the lesser of two evils. We think a vote for some "unknown" or person who doesn't have a chance of getting into office is just about a "wasted" vote when we should actually let our vote count as "against" someone.

I have posted a few conservative views, only to be pounced on in somewhat the same manner that I have seen in secular forums by unbelievers.
The instance I am thinking about, I was simply stating my own beliefs, about TV and why I personally believe them, in response to a question on the subject.
I was challenged to "prove my point" and "Why are you so inconsistent?" and "Why cant you just let others make their own choices" and "why do all you conservatives push your beliefs on others" etc.
I wasn't preaching to anyone, or telling anyone they were "wrong" or they should change. I was simply stating why I feel the way I do about TV.
But I sure had several folks chomping at the bit to do the very things they were accusing me of doing.
I have seen A LOT of libs bashing the more conservative types, and complaining about how "UC's" are so preachy and "in your face". But I can't remember more than one time Ive seen the "UC's" doing that.
I'm not saying it doesnt happen, not at all, I'm just saying what I have seen in the few weeks I have been here.
Its like people do not want anyone to tell them they should be stricter on THEIR standards/beliefs, but some of them sure are quick to tell everyone else how they are wrong and should let up on THEIR beliefs/standards.
Whats up with that?
Here's something to think about.
Why is it that when people are banned, it's mostly the conservatives who take that vacation?
It's the same way on the GNC. When someone is banned, it's usually a conservative.
Hmmmm......

This makes me think of the whole "to vote or not to vote" issue.
There are many things I don't like about Bush, but I would much rather have him than ANY of the current dem candidates, or the ones he went up against in the last two elections.
But what if Juliani got the repub nomination? He "says" he doesn't "personally" agree with abortion, but will not support laws that restrict others from having them. So he is labeled pro abortion.
Now yes, I loath abortion, and I would never vote FOR him (or others) because of that stance.
But the dem candidates are pro abortion too, and anti everything I believe in, and for everything I am against.
So I feel it is my personal duty as a Christian, to do what I can to prevent the worst candidate from getting the presidency. If that means voting against them by helping put the other guy in office, then so be it.
Better to have someone with one bad point, than another with ALL bad points, including the abortion issue.
To sit back and not vote, honestly seems like neglecting ones personal beliefs and their stand for those beliefs to me.

Hmmmm......
DA has taken quite a few vacations. He isn't conservative.

You have been on TV, therefore, you are as liberal as they come.
That means, I'm more Apostolic than you are. LOL!
No I'm OKAY bout that. It was unsolicited.

I'm not saying that there are no concervative nut jobs and extreme radicals.
There certainly are those, and maybe those few take things to the extreme more than others. (Just as there are on both sides.)
I am just saying that there are a lot of the left wing libs who may not be bad enough to be banned, but they certainly like pushing limits and buttons, and pitching a fit when the nut job cons act up.
Epley- He has indeed been avoiding the forum (not sure why but plan to find out)
Old Path and another member (i wont say the name) have been upset that a certain Lib has not been kicked off the forum
Coon and Steadfast- upset over the LB thread
TRIPPY, Trouvere and Amazing grace are ultra cons and they have been around
There have been quite a few ultra cons posting on the LB thread.
Hey I kinda like Danny boy regardless what they say on the Lip Balm thread.
