I had considered taking my wife to Niagara Falls for her Birthday around Aug 16th.

Wow! that is very nice but we will be staying in a modest place that has hay for the horses too...

Not saying that IS where I would be staying, but its nice to dream.
I would imagine you could just pull the horse and buggy right up next to the water and pitch your tent for a nice romantic night, right?
