The death penalty kills the guilty. Yes, there have been a few cases in which someone has been cleared due to modern advances in DNA analysis. But the overwhelming majority are evil, brutal and cold-blooded killers.

I completely disagree. The woman wants to be free of the responsibility raising a child requires. I don't believe women who have abortions do so "wanting" to kill the child in their womb.
