Although a blog takes time to establish, and build readership; there is a big learning curve, as Jay has already hinted at...it seems to me that posting to a relevant forum results in wider readership more painlessly.

The chief advantage seems to be to develop a revenue stream?
And ps, Jay, admittedly I am a pod; but preachers wearing black is a sign to me...

Actually, I do not find it strage because for a long time I only had my blog and Youtube accounts. I suppose I could now set up a gmail, but I am happy with hotmail.

I agree with you and ARY that Amanah's blog would be very interesting to read. (I miss her posting here by the way.)

As for the difference betwee a forum and a blog...A blog is similar to an online journal, and you can put whatever you wish to say into it (beware the world is reading). A forum is similar to a conversation, with the exception that you might actually get to think a comment through before you post it (which is possibly why some people think that I am so easy to get along with).

Very funny. I will have you know that I was not preaching that night. I did not even speak that night. When I preach, I wear a white shirt. (You really do not want to picture me in a pair of white pants.)

Good thoughts about the "Spring" of a person's life. I've thought that many of the things we 'plex about when younger are really meant to be worked out in a diff "season."
