Update: Went back to the ER yesterday. She has two pieces stuck, one in the large intestine, and one in the colon. Expecting one to pass today, the other may take up to a month. Fever gone, still some pain. Thanks for the prayers.

Praise the Lord!!!!!! Sarah has passed both objects. They were not toy car parts after all, but small metal brackets for putting together a bookcase. So Rosa can finally relax a little tonight.
