Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Being a Californian I can tell you that Waters is not going anywhere. She has a very strong constituency in SoCal; and a majority of them are African-American. I do not think that she will be going anywhere. Also, Feinstein is like the Californian version of Kennedy! She too will keep her spot in the Senate. If Feinstein goes anywhere it will be a sign of a drastic change in California. I don't know much about Pelosi with the exception that she is from San Francisco, and I really don't like San Francisco. Reid, can't speak on him, and Frank; I just can't go there.

Now that he is in office, can he legally switch parties without paying back the Democratic Party?
Or can he legally switch parties since he was elected as a Democrat?
Shouldn't he have to remain a Democrat until the next election and then run as a Republican?

If this is not a legal issue, is it a moral issue?
You raise a very good question. I never thought about that. I know wonder is that why Lieberman went from Dem to Ind; and is supposed to run as Rep in the next election. Hmm...

I am not sure about the answer to this, so I e-mailed Arlen Specter to get a firm answer.
