My wife and kids bought me a mountain bike for my 58th, I love to ride, in good weather I ride 4-8 miles a day. It is great exercise. We have bike paths in our neighborhood so it is wonderful.

Well, I rode a little further today. Wow! My whole body is shaking and sore. I wonder if it will ever get to be easy again, or am I just fooling myself????

Sure you will- Just take it easy- Ride a little further each day. I have gotten to where I can ride for about an hour - and I am older than you.
