But I thought that in the eyes of some, that AFF was on a slippery slope downhill and was becoming more and more irrelevant! I guess numbers don't lie!
AFF, even in its different, iterations, has always had big numbers of members, lurkers, etc. Proof of it relevance as far as many people are concerned. In spite of bumps and bruises, AFF is still one of the most popular, relevant apostolic sites on the internet.
The reason? The members/posters and the topics and the ability to be anonymous without fear of repercussion from free discussion.

You know, I don't always bother to log in each time I drop by to read. I find if I don't immediately log in, if I stupidly open something that annoys me, by the time I DO log in, I've lost desire to respond. There may be a few more like me out there.
