Which is why I have a magazine filled with special home defense hollow point rounds. The typical bullets are full metal jacket which are much better at traveling through things, like walls and human bodies, and continuing their journey to do even more damage. Hollow points expand when hitting a body and loose their energy much faster thus expending all their force where needed, in the body of the perp.

I'll use the handgun in my vehicle and on my person, but will rely on the 12-gauge for home defense. Going out to dinner, this evening, with my husband and will probably hit the range again this evening.
I'm anxious to see how I feel about my progress after every session of practice.

Gonna hopefully go out this afternoon and look for a smaller conceal carry hand gun and holster. My current Ruger P95 is a bit on the big side.
