Ok, no one has really helped me so far. Where do I draw lines? Or is that something I just decide for myself?? I just really don't know and I need a guide.

Well, it seems there is a parallel between yours, Renda's and the Mrs. posts indicating to me that when folks make the statement that the UPC is getting more and more worldly, essentially what they are saying is that they are losing their cultural differentiation from not only mainstream religion, but mainstream society?
Is that necessarily worldly as in EGYPT=World=Sin?

Who can have and maintain your walk with God better than you can? Your lines are or should be drawn through your own prayer life, reading scripture, and your communion with the Lord Jesus, sans any peer or societal pressure from any direction.

Try the Bible.

Sorry to get back to you so late....Yes, lets see:

Ex. 28:42
And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach....
...implying that when you uncover your thigh, that your shame will be seen.
Is. 47:2,3
Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg,
uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.
Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a ......
anyway, those are the scripts I have....and they are KJV....but they pretty much say the same thing in the other versions......
