I don't preach ever; just not my calling. However we do have a lady in our church who preaches every month at our ladies' meetings to about 150 women. She is anointed and awesome! We rarely have a woman preach in our main service though; maybe on Mother's Day.
It would be hard for me to sit under a woman pastor; just my personal feelings, I guess. I can't say that it's wrong; I've known too many great ones.

I've heard it said that the only apropriate place for women to preach would be to women.
