The Apostle is one that establishes churches.

The Prophet is one that is the mouthpiece for God to the established church.

The Evangelist is one that evangelizes.

The Pastor/Teacher is one that leads and teaches the flock within the assembly.

excercised their senses to to discern both good and evil.

I think that their are several if not many here who have excercised their senses to discern both good and evil. Are you implying that the spiritual immaturity of this board is so great that most would be incapable of receiving the "strong meat" you claim to have regarding this? Put it out there, Bro...

I think many here have a solid handle on the milk or foundational principles of the faith as referenced in Hebrews 6.

Maybe I am too simple to catch on to this celebrity status seen for the last 25 yrs or so.
BOOM- What area of the country were the churches started in? Are they in existence today?

I was thinking the same thing of apostle Paul the other day. If he were allowed to come back would he find any of the churches he started by the grace of God?

In the NT. church an Apostle was one that set young churches in order placed Elders ,started new works in short a missionary.
A prophet was one that had prophetic insight on how the OT. applied to the young or early church.
Prophets in the NT.sense I believe can be forth tellers as well as fore tellers.
