Praying for your grandson here in Heaven (Ohio), Bro OneAccord. Asking God for a rapid healing, for little or no pain, for the swelling to go down and stay down and for there to be little or no permanent scarring. In Jesus' name!

Re: Prayer request
OneAccord, I'm praying for your grandson, but I have a word for you. Just felt impressed, (and I don't do this very often) but, you're gonna touch God for your grandson, yourself, if you will hold on to your simple faith. You have a unique place in Christ. He loves you and He loves your grandson, so just believe him as He touches Seth.

Bro. OneAccord,
Just seeing this prayer request. GREAT LORD GOD, we come boldly to Your Throne of Mercy and humbly ask that YOU would work a miracle for Seth, LORD, I know that with YOU nothing is impossible. We thank YOU in advance for the miracle YOU will DO for Seth, in Jesus Name!

My 14 yr old grandson was severely burn yeaterday ina freak explosion. He was at an uncles house where they were having a bonfire. Someone, it is believed, threw something in the fire that caused a huge explosion Seth was burned severely on his face and arms. ER in Chattanooga says its 1st and 2nd degree urns (they think) but won't know for sure until he is assessed in Augusta. He was airlifted to Augusta, GA last night. I got to see him at the hospital before he was airlifted. He is talking and alert, but in alot of pain and swelling. Will be going to Augusta on Tuesday.
Your prayers are appreciated and I know from experience there are people on AFF who know how to touch God in prayer.

Re: Prayer request
Just wanted to give an update. First, to say thanks for the prayers. Seth had surgery (skin graft) on Sunday and Drs. say he will recover well, with very little scarring. I talked to him yesterday and he's well, and coming home today. Really amazing considering he looked really bad. But all is well. No nerve or muscle dmage to speak of. We apprecaite the First Responders, the medical personnel, but, first and foremost, we thank God for His mercy. And thanks to all of you who prayed.
