I would have to do a search, but I've seen a lot of research that shows that diet sodas are worse than regular soda. Plus, they taste like _________.

I stopped eating Bread, candy and massive amounts of cheese. Working out was the biggest boost to my losing weight...

One neagative factor in soda is the syrup that when the intestines and the colon pull out the sugars, acid, the syrup sits in your colon and bounds up the rest of your digestive system. The Acid messes up the PH balance in your stomach.

Great job, Neck!
I've been doing some jogging and aerobics. I was doing aerobics sporadically but for about a month I have been doing it daily. I am starting to look and feel better. Haven't really lost any weight to speak of yet though.
