You mean if you buy Photoshop or Corel you get a pad and stylus with it? I always thought you had to pay extra for those items.
Im a little unclear of what you are saying or what problems you are having so I can't give advice. Is the stylus and pad connected by USB?
You installed the second DVD for what?

No Bamboo Fun comes with Photoshop and Corel and something else, some color program.
The pad and pen are connected to the computer via a USB cable.
It comes with two CD's.
1. One says "installation CD".
2. Second one says, Software Bundle. Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel Painter Essentials 4.0, Nik Color Efex Pro 3.0

Ok, did you follow the instructions for installation? It probably has you install CD first. It might have you also restart the PC, then plug in the USB cable to the pen/pad
Then there may be a "mode" in Adobe such as "import"... you might have to enable that mode inorder to be able to draw into Adobe

They are light versions of the programs. The Corel Painter app is cool because it capitalizes on pressure sensitivity on the tablet. They are not close to being full apps. I run Windows 7, and only got the pen tablet. Haven't had any issues. What is the OS on your computer? (XP, Vista, Mac)

Shouldn't really need any special functions within the app. It's just an input device.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and went to their website and downloaded the update and all is working fine now.
