Graphics Editing Program

I thought I had read or heard fairly recently of a gadget that is like a pen that you can draw around whatever you are needing to edit, such as photo's.

Was this a Photoshop item or another program?

First search I am not finding it, perhaps I am not using the right term to find it.

Anyone know what this is and whose program?

I think I found what I'm looking for, but not sure yet if I can paint with it.

What I need is the ability to color in objects.

The Bamboo is a decently priced wacom tablet. Got one last week.

I got the Bamboo Fun last night but I am having trouble getting it to load properly. ???

It's not a photoshop item. You can probably use it with photoshop. It's a pad and a stylus that digitizes what you draw

It comes with Photoshop and Corel, and something else.

I was able to do the tutorial for touch, but not pen, so I installed the second DVD, and then my problems began.

I am thinking of uninstalling it and trying to reinstall it what do you think?
