Everyone's days are numbered. So what.
The things you listed above? It was all either happening or in motion during the Bush years. Everyone promises, no one comes through. It's like the weather....everyone talks about the weather but no one does anything about it.

Re: Obama's & the Dems Days Are Numbered
The Dems had Congress for 3 years with a Super Majority from 2006-2009 until Scott Brown in Massachusetts changed the balance to 59-41 and removed the filibuster-proof majority. They were able to do whatever they wanted until then. You can't blame this economy and unemployment and fear on a minority party. Obama and the Dems failed to understand that they came to power because voters wanted the economy fixed. Instead the Obama admin decided to try out their college experiments on our way of life.

When both parties refuse to bring the Wall Street crooks to justice, then, yeah, they are all criminals. It is what brought about the Tea Party movement, ever heard of that? You think for one moment that anyone in D.C. cares one iota about you? Give me a break, sir.

This will scale back inquisitions by Henry Waxman. What an enemy of civility.

They were able to get some very important things done while they had the majority.
They were able to push a stimulus package that prevented an even greater recession, they were able to push health care reform that will help many people, and they were able to push much tougher Wall Street reform. Coupled with the withdrawal of military troops from Iraq, he was able to accomplish a lot before gridlock.
The Republicans have some big steps to follow in, and from they way they are talking, it looks like all they are going to do is hunker down and gridlock. That will definitely win them the election in 2012, lol!

Rangel, Waters trials to start after elections
Associated Press
Friday, October 8, 2010
Ethics trials for two prominent House Democrats will take place after the November elections, the chairman of the chamber's ethics committee announced Thursday night.
Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) said in a written statement that the five Republicans on the 10-member panel blindsided her last week when they publicly requested that Reps. Charles B. Rangel (N.Y.) and Maxine Waters (Calif.) be tried before the Nov. 2 midterms.

This remains to be seen. It was a bandaid with a very short life span. Keeping the Bush tax cuts in place will be the only thing to bring the economy back.
they were able to push health care reform that will help many people, !

Help many it may have done, hurt the majority it will do. Myself included, I have already recieved my notices of increased premiums starting Jan. and no OCD can be purchased on our Flex Cards. In this aspect many of us being hurt by Obamacare. I already pay $650/month for family coverage, obamacare will increase that. A couple of OCD are as much as $35/month, no longer covered under obamacare. What do the rest of us do while the small many have it better ?
