They're screen caps from the web site promoting the showing. I don't get to be the donkey this year due to an unfortunate misunderstanding last year that resulted in the carpet in the sanctuary being replaced.

About half the guys either have beards or have grown them for the drama. I get a longer one so it's glue and fuzz for me... I hate that stuff.
Next time, just grow it out long . No glue, no fuzz, & no hating it.

The first Easter Drama I saw, about 12 years ago, had some really cool special effects. As a result of one of those "special effects", one of the bushes on the set ended up catching fire. I remember sitting there in the audience thinking, "Now is this suppose to happen? The burning bush scene... LOL ... isn't that The Ten Commandments? Wrong play!" About that time, I saw the pastor run up on the stage with a blanket and put the bush out! It was a hootie-hoot!
But I have to say, that drama had a HUGE impact on me! The power of God came through in an awesome way! So a BIG HEARTFELT THANKS to those of you who put the time in for these events! They are truly ministering!
Oh well I thought I share what we were doing in our church on another thread, not much action in that- but we are doing the cardboard testimonies ... no costume sewing!
Well in my humble opinion, the choir totally rocks out on a few of the songs... big on drums and an electric guitar too I think.
. No glue, no fuzz, & no hating it.
