Congratulations on the marriage...and yes you do still have another several blissful months of honeymooning left. Milk it for all its worth . If you ever make it to the Houston area come and shockamoo with us a bit.

And don't worry about the country. I'll fix it all in 2020 or maybe even sooner now

I was 727,835 days into my honeymoon in my first marriage. I only go for at least 50 year marriages. This wife's got a long time to put up with me.

Where are they located in Houston? Is the Bishop anyone I would possibly know?

Re: Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

I talked with a friend today who is African-American and a life long Republican, along with his business owner father. He has an uncle that is a Republican mayor. They are very involved in their PAW church and very good Christian folks. We have vacationed with them and have enjoyed years of friendship.

I had not talked to him for some time and so I got ahold of him today. He told me his dad was undecided largely because he and his sons went to see the movie "W". I couldn't believe it! Basing your vote on OLIVER STONE'S take on HISTORY? "JFK" was so full of holes, debunked by many reputable scholars, Oliver's excuse was, "JFK is not a documentary, its a drama." I told my friend so much that I would not base my vote on Oliver Stone's version of George W. Bush's life. I told him that was like saying Michael Moore's movies are objective, unbiased documentaries.

I doubt I changed his mind.
