I very seriously doubt it. Really I believe they will go to Hell however I am not God.

OK, and those who do obey Acts 2:38, in exactly the way you believe it must be done: where will they end up?

I can't say that this belief is just about Acts 2:38. It goes into a great deal of rules and other things that there may not necessarily be any bible for, but since their standard is higher than anyone else then it must be the one that is the most right. So you have a list of rules in addition to Acts 2:38 that people must follow.

Where is the logical thinking with this argument? Again, your organization is less than 100 years old and Chrisitanity has been around for God knows how long, but you are telling the world that it your group is the only thing that is right? Let us have more constructive thinking skills than that.

Even Acts 2:38 can be interpreted multiple ways. You can just take it as it is written, or you can make assumptions based on biblical examples and add "as evidenced by speaking in other tongues" on the end of it.

Well here is something I thought about this morning.

God DESTROYED, the BIBLE states, the WHOLE WORLD for their wickedness, by flood-- all except 8 people. That means, in ALL the other countries on ALL the other continents in the ENTIRE world-- they were all KILLED by a RIGHTEOUS GOD, by whom we are allowed to live to discuss who HE'S gonna let into HIS KINGDOM!

LORD GOD, please have mercy on our ugliness and on my ignorance, in the name of JESUS CHRIST. Amen.

That is the point of the entire thread. We are to live as righteous as we can according to scripture and in the end God will judge us all. No one has the right or the power to declare themselves the chosen one. God is in charge not man. We can not make decisions based on foolishness. We must believe the word of the Lord. The Bible doesn't speak of any one church. However, it does speak of the body of Christ which I believe is made up of born again, baptized believers.
