You know, insurance companies charge teenage boys higher premiums than any other customer for good reason. They don't have the highest number of bump-ups (that's teen girls, last time I heard), but they have the most expensive, and most damaging wrecks & crashes. Girls tend to back into mailboxes. Boys tend to wrap their sports cars around telephone poles or slide underneath semis.

Except for the ones who turn into the flow of traffic and wind up with their cars totalled... Amazing thing, not a scratch on her. Not so amazing thing, don't even ask what my insurance premiums are...

Wow, that is amazing!
I remember my sister doing the same thing one time, while I was in the car. I knew it was a one-way street, but when she turned, I was startled and speechless for a few seconds--until we saw vehicles coming our way! And of course, once we turned off and got out of the way, she's fussing at ME, "Why didn't you TELL me that was a One-Way Street?" (As if she would've paid attention to me in the first place!)

Yeah, I think with teenage girls it isn't so much risk taking or aggressive driving, as it is just a general, um, how to say nicely, dim-wittedness? Oh wait, inattention to detail, that's better! Sorry girls!
