Please pray for the Christman and Owens families. Chase Christman fell yesterday and suffered a broken neck. Doctors have been called in to harvest his organs. This young man is only 20 years old. He was a groomsman in my brother in law's wedding and is the grandson of my mothers best friend.
As you can imagine, the family is devistated.

Surgery to harvest Chase's organs is schedualed for round 330 today I believe.
after that he will be released for an autopsy. Chase was 21 and as good a kid as you would find anywhere.
The company he worked for released a statement to the newspaper in Lake Charles that there was an accident and nobody was hurt.
The family is pretty upset about that. After a flury of activity, the local TV news station came out and interviewed Chase's Grandfather and it seems this company is now on the defensive.
