1. I never have to go there.
2. I have never lived there.
3. I have only viited there once

That one visit I met some of the craziest Pentecostals that I have ever seen in my 37 years as a Christian.

Is pew jumping , chandilier swinging, popular in many Mississippi churches?

LOL.

We visited quite a few churches in MS. I never saw any of that. In fact I don't think I saw too many chandeliers.

A church in Mississippi was having a buisness meeting a few years back.

They wanted board approval to purchase some new chandeliers for the sanctuary and have them installed.

One saint objected to the purchase of the chandeliers.

The reason the saint gave was that they could not afford any chandeliers, seeing as how bad they needed to spend the money on some new lights for the sanctuary.

I chuckle right along with everyone! I know everyone's just jealous of us!

Actually...Mississippi is about all I know...I like it fine...

I appreciate you putting papabear and me on the GOOD list! Some folks might think otherwise!

We love Clinton...and the Mississippi district. We have so many wonderful churches to fellowship with...our neighboring churches---pastors & pastor's wives are so nice. I'm very happy where I am!
