I think dizzyde's direct way is the best- politely tell her you appreciated her concern, but at this time you are not making any commitments to finding a church . Tell her that you will keep her number and if the situation arises that you need her assistance you will call her.
That should get your message across.

Since you don't have caller ID, what I would do and what I have done to annoying solicitors in the past is once I hear their voice and recognize it is not someone I want to talk to.....like your stalker lady.....I would just oh so quietly hang up the phone. Do this a few times she should get the message
