Saw him last night, he seems to be doing well, tried to persuade him that he needs to come back, but apparently the UC mafia has done their jobs well. He seems to be firm on not coming back. Give him a little more time to become REALLY homesick, then we will see...

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I wouldn't know, since apparently they have to keep it closed and private so that they can criticize others for doing the same thing openly that they are doing in private. Gossip is gossip. Even if it's among just preachers.

When a group of people goes from leadership positions in one forum into another forum and posts things that were supposed to be kept confidential because they were known only within the admin area of the first forum-- it seems that they would have a problem with integrity. According to my sources, they had given their word that they would not take anything from the admin area and use it maliciously. That appears to be exactly what they have done against St.Mark.
Maybe some of those same people who did this, are telling others what is posted there on the so called private forum. After all, the word we have heard is that they have problems keeping things confidential.
Based on your posts, I think it's safe to say that you are most likely a preacher. Maybe even a pastor. Let's say for instance that you were using more than one identity on a forum, and wished to have that kept confidential, because you had posted some things that you wanted to express, yet remain anonymous and not have anyone know who you were. You would expect that the admins would keep that confidential, although they were able to see an exact match with your IP number and that of the other identity. Would you like for someone who decided to leave the admin team to go broadcast it on another ministers forum that you used this name, and this name, and this name? I didn't think so. But some seem to think that it's okay for these former admins - who happen to be ministers- to do just that very thing which they have done to StMark. Yes, I'd say that Praxeas is correct in saying that they have problems with integrity.

I am disappointed that this did in fact happen, however, there is nothing that can be done about it now.
Someone just wasn't thinking that just because the forum is private that it would keep St. Mark from finding out.
I believe it would serve us best to just let this go.
