August is here and we are wrapping up the summer. Can you believe we are more than half over with the year? Unbelievable!!!

There are so many exciting things happening. There is a scripture that has been in my mind recently that says “..The people who know their God are strong and do great exploits...”

God has been opening some awesome doors this past month for what we are doing here in Columbus. The Mayor and also the Columbus City Council has awarded us a citation of recognition approving of what we are doing in regard to bringing different cultures and different denominations together for corporate worship. We are ramping up for our next big event August 17th. If you happen to be in the area we would love to have you come. Our desire is to usher the City of Columbus into the presence of our Almighty God with the help of great worshipers from around the city.

Thank you for all of your nice e-mails saying that you are happy for our new position at the Triumphant Church. Although there has been a lot of change, I have to say we are having a great time! Our services this summer have been rockin’ and we have been experiencing so many guests. If you are ever in the area please feel free to stop by and worship with us.

William (Bill) Sciscoe has a fabulous mix of message delivery styles. He can be very humorous, self-deprecating, and can add some facial expressions as well.

Overall, IMO he's got a well-trained and well-executed "tool-set" for touching people that he is seeking to edify with words.

*toss in the whole 'one-eyed bill' stories and whatever remaining walls the hearer had up...are probably falling down.*
