I am down almost 20 in 2 months. I am going to do a 5k race at the end of the month here in the PHX area. I hope to be down another 3-5 by then.

Congrats to all losing weight!!

I weighed today and gained 2 pounds from last week. I must be retaining water because my consumption isn't increased!!

So I'm drinking more water today instead of juice. I don't want to gain anything!

But again, congrats to you all! I'm proud of you!!

That's mostly change in intake, not exercise. I walk, but not as much as I could.

I'm trying to take it easy on my knees. Even walking tends to strain them a bit.

Maybe you ought try riding a stationary bike. I have horrible knees and ankles so I do not do high impact alot, but I ride a bike tons and it works great for me.

Water aerobics works great too. Very low impact but excellent results!
