BTW Zimmerman had the you know what beat out of him by that innocent 17 year old. Does it make his death any less tragic? No but it does put the situation in a different perspective than the one JD claimed of a Zimmerman attacking Trayvon then just executing him for no reason...

Yes, and it is the nonsense that YOU believe! I pointed out that Zimmerman is a black, Hispanic, Jewish mix, and you completely ignored me because you MUST have the illusion of a cracker murdering an innocent , black kid. It's almost a religion to you. This really could be considered black on black "crime", the crime being a black thug (Martin) attacking a concerned black citizen (Zimmerman).

If you read the article it seems the Police were trying not to present them with that piece of evidence, perhaps on instruction from the DA

A person can be mixed and still have racial prejudices or even racial hatred. Wasn't hitler mixed?

There are black people who are prejudiced against other black people-- it doesn't mean they hate black people.

Racial prejudice played a part in the deaths of Martin and of the kid in Jacksonville, FL.

Initially, both murderers sought protection under our SYG law, but now only one of them appears to be sticking to that defense.


By the way, all of the evidence so far indicates that zim harrassed the 17 yr kid-- sparking the tragedy, which is why they decided to not pursue a SYG hearing because they knew they would lose that hearing, based on the facts of what happened.

zim's defense is going to focus on the fact that he had to defend himself and that he was left with no other option but to kill. The prosecution is going to go after the fact that zim was the one who initiated the unlawful confrontation in the first place. "Unlawful" because he was told to not to pursue Martin, but he did so anyway. Unlawful because Martin was the one actually harrassed initially. The courts will prove that Martin was defending himself when he was shot and killed.
