There is a gay judge in Texas, that won't marry straight couples, until people can have same sex marriage legally.

It's a woman judge. She believes it is not equality. And judges have the right not to marry anyone apparently. She refers them to other judges.

Been gone for years.
But she is not the first, and won't be the last judge to show bias. Just makes me wonder how anyone might get a fair trial in her courtroom. It would be the same thing if a heterosexual judge denied same sex couples marriage if it was legal in their state, too.
