None of my business if the brother belongs to a org ,that says preachers shouldn't a TV, should he have one ?

He signed he would not have one if he wants one he should get out and join the ALJC, PAW, AWCF, PCAF, COOLJC, GLOBAL, or whatever. However if he has a television tell him NO need of applying here.

If I was going UC ,I'd go all the way and join The AMF.
