someone can also mail you pictures in the mailbox but we dont preach against that because its a tool and for the most part that doesnt happen. the internet is a tool and i havent ever had anyone/anything just post something ungodly on my computer. now the TV is not a tool, but entertainment and for the most part ungodly entertainment.

OK, Everyone listen up. when we say TV we not talking about an object (but for a lack of a word we call it TV) but were talking about hollywood and things like hollywood.

I find the TV very educational. The Internet is not just a tool but is also very entertaining. People come here for the entertainment.

Hollywood is a city and little of what is on TV is produced in Hollywood anymore.
Hollywood seems to be a code word by some to mean "ungodly stuff".
San Fernando Valley is Porn capital of the world according to some so we can use the word "San Fernando" when referring to the internet. But of course we know that not all stuff that is on the internet is porn

Can television be a tool, not unlike radio? Do you have an issue with broadcasting services on the radio?
How can you distinguish the internet being a tool instead of entertainment?

Television IS a tool. People use it for business. They sell products and you can buy products. People can teach the bible and you can learn the bible. Our local Junior College has classes over cable

You can get Hollywood content on the internet just as you can on TV. And you can avoid Hollywood content on 'net just as you can avoid it on TV.
The anti-TV crusaders love to tell us how they can use their computer mouse to be selective about to view on the internet...
...but they act as if saints who have a TV cant use their remote to be selective about what to view on the TV screen.
So in effect, computer users can be trusted to exercise judgment and self-control, but TV watchers cant (?!)
