They do preach Acts 2:38, but they have not added more to it like you have... ie men shaving, uncut hair, long sleeves... and so on... LOL!

And, does E. Featherstone, and T. Wade ring a bell?

When I first came around the "Apostolic" Movement, I came in under guys that were VERY ULTRA CONSERVATIVE! Some have joined the Union but they were VERY STRICT!
We were in Florida and had a yearly Independent Apostolic Youth Camp and Camp meeting. Some of the main guys were, James Varnum, Wade Bass, Val Johnson, Truman Hurley, Leon Laney, Tim McClure, John Padgett/Enterprise, AL, Buddy Adkison, Larry Newburn, and the Adams from Pensacola came around some. Some of that group told me regularly that God had given me the Holy Ghost "On Credit"!

I think my old pastor, BW Adams, may have coined the phrase. He taught that is why some received the Holy ghost BEFORE they got baptized.

Yes, he was a good ol boy, just a little challenged on some of his bible exegesis.

Yes I preached for Elder Featherstone in PEI and in San Antonio, I saw him this yea at a meeting in Nashville. I preached at Dresden many times during their meeting and their regular services. It has been several years since I have been. I saw Elder Wade at Elder Shepard's funeral.
