By the way, I still believe in Acts 2:38, BUT i would never go so far as you and those in systems like you, to condemn someone to hell, who has not gone through the Jesus name formula, and submitted to a man's definition of standards in order to be saved.
Again, why not point souls to Christ and stop short of hell fire and brimstone fear and condemning? Let God take care that business, not you or any other man! That is the point I am trying to make!

I was told later that God gave me the Holy Ghost "ON CREDIT" because He knew that I would eventually... "See The TRUTH"! Hallelujah!
When I first came around the "Apostolic" Movement, I came in under guys that were VERY ULTRA CONSERVATIVE! Some have joined the Union but they were VERY STRICT!
We were in Florida and had a yearly Independent Apostolic Youth Camp and Camp meeting. Some of the main guys were, James Varnum, Wade Bass, Val Johnson, Truman Hurley, Leon Laney, Tim McClure, John Padgett/Enterprise, AL, Buddy Adkison, Larry Newburn, and the Adams from Pensacola came around some. Some of that group told me regularly that God had given me the Holy Ghost "On Credit"!
