I believe this with all my heart. This is biblical. That being said, I feel that this is the initial sign of being filled with the spirit. I also believe that even more important is bearing the fruits of the spirit. To me you can speak in tongues all you want, but if you dont have love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance, all of your speaking in tongues is in vain cause you dont really have the spirit or a real walk with GOD.
