- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Perhaps if we focused more on Christ, and brotherly love .... we wouldn't have the trouble we do in apostolic (or any other denomination) ranks...
If we worked instead on loving one another, praying for one another, reaching out to those less fortunate than us... we would encompass the pure religion and undefiled that James spoke of in James 1:27.

No THEY have not.

Other than the first one, what is your problem with the others and how does that translate into HOW the movement was started since Wayne was not even born then?

I don't understand what the problem is with these quotes. It's very true in many cases. Go to a Saturday night ball game acting like a nut then come sit on a pew sunday morning and snore, lol.

Well, the first one by itself might be questionable, but put in context with the others, its still the same.

Generalizations are good indicators. Not all Muslims want to kill infidels. Not all Democrats support abortion. There are enough of them that one can safely make a generalization and be correct more often than wrong. You are characterized by who you associate with.

Re: The Trouble With Apostolics is...
You might get a better response on Sunday morning if you didn't bore the people.
