It appears that I was looking at the laws concerning the duration of a birth parent and something to do with their age or some such. I'm too tired to go into it right now, but what I was reading didn't have to do with naturalized citizens or whatever.
The 14th Amendment you posted is correct and doesn't give any definitions as to what it specifically means.
Also, in regard to a certification of birth compared to a birth certificate with a MD signature, I've never seen the latter. I have my birth certificate as well as those of my children and NONE of them have a MD name nor signature on them. In fact, I can't even get a copy of one of those kind.
I have no dog in this fight, however. I know who I'm voting for and will be stuck with whatever we get.

I agree. I think that the only way we even have a chance at doing anything significant is to refuse to stay in the political boxes that those in power have created for us. It is almost impossible to manipulate and deceive 300 million individuals...it is very easy to do so to two political parties that are both corrupt and on board.
