Re: Your thoughts on the Shoe Auction @ Conferenc
Catholic Relics were part of their religion, not just a "fun" way to raise money. Nobody is gonna put those shoes on a pedestal and venerate it.

- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Say this now, but wait until there is a real desperate need, a carwreck, or cancer, and someone says "Go get JT Pugh's shoes!"

Re: Your thoughts on the Shoe Auction @ Conferenc
I dont see anything wrong with the shoe auction....they have sentimental value and the money went to a good cause....I would love to have some of those shoes....especially bro Pughs....he was one of my favorites.
I do own 2 pieces of Apostolic memorabilia....a shotgun owned by Odell Cagle's dad, and a Star book for Ministers that was owned by Sis Kelley who basically started the church where Elder Vaughn Morton pastors, and that Bro Jimmy Davis preached his 1st wedding, (or funeral...cant remember which) with.

What a blasphemous thought!
Cut her hair off at death?
How could she ever hope to enter heaven mutilated and shorn like that?
