Everything is working... but need to somehow adjust the fan for max cooling. Also am ordering some 'Arctic Silver" thermal grease which should work a little better than the stuff that came with it.

I've actually upgraded the card (again) since that post. I now have a Sapphire ATI 5850 which is probably overkill for my 1680 by 1050 monitor. I did add an additional case fan to blow through the video card since my sound card is nearly touching from beneath and block most of the air flow.
