Is Acts 2:38 my God? No. Jesus Christ is my God. Acts 2:38 is the way of salvation by grace through faith.

Amen. Some think it's a cure-all, and that one is automatically walking after the Spirit when they get the Acts 2:38 experience, and have a faulty interpretation of Romans 8:1-2.

I still cannot think it is a cure-all. Just an open door to the cure all.

Unless we walk in the Spirit, Acts 2:38 will not cure all our problems.

It's a course of treatment for the sickness of sin, that must be continued until we are changed and like He is.......so I think we agree.

How would have I made it this far with my relationship with God if it weren't for the Acts 2:38 experience? Life would be so empty, if I had not recieved the precious Holy Ghost. I would not wanna live knowing what I know now about the Holy Ghost. Oh, thank you Jesus!!!.......................................

You are right it begins with repentance and then to the baptism and then the HG. No certain orde, but repentace is always before the HG moving.
