Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Last night I cooked beef hash, white beans, corn bread, and salad. Good old fashioned southern cooking!

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

I made the best panini sandwich tonight! It was whole wheat bread with deli chicken, fat free cheese, and apple slices. Then I put it on the panini grill and it was YUMMY!! The only thing that would have been better was some good crunchy lettuce, but alas..........mine had gotten all limp and yucky. So I had to do without.

I cooked eggs (fried hard) and turkey bacon for dinner tonight.

I made some toast as well-- with mango jelly!

Washed it down with Green Tea!
