My most treasured bible is my Black Thompson Chain bible.
It is the limited edition with the apostolic "Essential doctrines of the Bible"
By Word Aflame Press in the front.
My wife has a matching bible.
We chose, when we were engaged, to exchange these Bibles with a special note to each of us, from each of us, when we exchanged our wedding vows.
We decided that we wanted to trust our marriage and our love, in the word of God instead of a man made ring. So we exchanged these bibles. We can trust God more than we can trust ourselves so we would build our relationship on him, and his word instead of traditions of men.
They hold great meaning to me.
